Click Luxury Vinyl Tile for Ezy-Warm Underfloor Heating
Rigid core is a type of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) manufactured with a more “rigid” core for added durability vs other vinyl flooring.
The two main types are SPC – Stone Plastic (or Polymer) Composite and WPC – Wood Plastic (or Polymer) Composite. Ezy-Warm Underfloor heating is compatible with both variants.

Installation Methods
Rigid core is typically click installed as a floating floor.
Click – as the name suggests, click rigid core vinyl has a specially engineered side profile that enables planks to be simply clicked together to create a floating floor. A downside is that as the planks lock together, individual planks can be difficult to remove for repair. It can be easy to fit making it a good DIY option, although locking can be problematic on poorer quality products. As the product is more rigid than LVT, it is more forgiving on less smooth sub-floors.
