Ezy-Install Underlay
As simple as a fridge magnet, simply roll out this underlay and fit a range of floor coverings on top.
Developed by IOBAC and InstaFloor, this clever underlay uses Dual Grip technology to hold floor coverings in place using both magnetism and dry-tack adhesion.

Use with magnetic-backed Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), Wood and Engineered Wood, and with standard backed carpet tiles using IOBAC’s MagTab attachment system.
Underlays from InstaFloor

Their InstaLay range of self-adhesive underlays are quick, clean and easy to use. They are manufactured using rubber crumb granules from recycled vehicle tyres.
InstaLay is simply loose laid over the sub-floor or existing flooring. Then, as the release film is peeled back, the new flooring can be positioned and pressed directly onto InstaLay’s unique self-adhesive surface.
